Orders leave our warehouse same day if ordered before 11 am. If a delay may occur then you will be contacted by email.

Yes. GST is included in the price of all our products displayed when purchasing.
This can occur usually if your bank card has been marked as stolen and therefore frozen, if your card is out of date or if the related bank account has insufficient funds. Please contact us if you are having any issues placing your order.
