Where's my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven't received it, check your spam or junk folder. Still can't find it? Get in touch with us at info@thehomeandpartyshop.com with your order number and we'll sort it out for you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it for you. Once it's on its way, we'll work with you to find the best solution.

What's your return policy?

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship Australia-wide only. We're looking into international shipping options and hope to offer it soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.
