Bacon filled sriiacha and chicken pieces
What you will need :
Chicken Marinade
500gm chicken, cubed
3-4 Tablespoons sriracha
Half a lime, juice
Salt & Pepper to taste
Filling
12 rashers of bacon
packet of toothpicks
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 C
Cube yr chicken into bite-sized pieces. In a mixing bowl, coat your chicken THOROUGHLY in your marinade (ie the Sriracha, lime juice and salt & pepper).
Let Marinade sit for 3-4 hours for juices to set in. The longer you leave it, the more tender the chicken & obviously that Marinade will set in even deeper ;) (all depends how long you can keep that growling stomach at bay!!)
Cut bacon slices depending on size of your chicken cubes - enough to roll around the chicken and stick a toothpick through: MUST be able to keep FIRMLY in place.
Bake in your oven for 25-30 minutes
Then Broil for just 3-5 mins or until golden crispy. Serve & watch as they all disappear in a matter of minutes
