Buffalo Chicken Dip

Buffalo Chicken Dip

What will you need for this recipe?

4 oz. (half a block) reduced-fat (or fat-free) cream cheese, softened
One cup plain Greek yogurt
One cup shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Half of cup hot sauce (I prefer Frank’s)
Half of cup crumbled light blue cheese
One Tbsp. ranch seasoning (optional)
Three cups shredded cooked chicken

Guidelines

To prepare in the oven:
As a first step, you need to heat up the oven to 350 degrees F. The next step would be to mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Put the mixture in a small greased baking dish and wait until the cheese is completely melted. You need to serve the portion right after you remove it.
To prepare on the stove:
Take a medium-sized saucepan and mix all the ingredients in it. Place the saucepan over medium-low heat for nearly 20 minutes, while stirring at every 2 minutes. You will then wait until the cheese is completely melted before you remove and serve your portion.
To prepare in the slow cooker:
You first need to mix all the ingredients in a slow cooker. The next step would be to heat the mixture for a couple of hours until the cheese is completely melted. Serve as soon as you remove the cooker.
