Bundaberg Root Beer Jelly Shots
What you will need:
1 cup of root beer
3/4th of a cup of whipped cream flavoured vodka
1/4th of a cup of water
Two envelopes of unflavoured gelatin
Whipped cream (For Garnish)
Mini Straws
How to make:
1. In a saucepan pour in the root beer and then add in the gelatin and allow it to soak for a while.
2. Heat this mixture over a low heat and then stir until gelatin dissolves.
3. Now you need you pour in the vodka and water in to this mixture and stir.
4. Fill up the small plastic shot glasses you have available only about 3/4 of the way full.
5. Place the shots in the fridge overnight.
6. When you are ready to serve cut out small straws for garnish and add whipped cream to the tops of the shots.
