Chocolate Mint Cake Shooters

What you will need:

1 cup vanilla pudding

1 teaspoon peppermint extract (or more to taste)

Green food coloring

6 Fiber One Chocolate Fudge Brownie Bars, crumbled

Green and gold sprinkles

1. Mix together the vanilla pudding and peppermint extract until combine and then add in green food coloring until your desired shade is achieved.

2. In small shot glasses, layer about 1 teaspoon of the crumbled brownies, then 1 teaspoon pudding. Repeat.

3. Top with sprinkle and serve.
