Creamy Irish MochaWhat you will need:
Six cups of strong brewed coffee (hot)
Four packs of Irish crème mix (instant)
Quarter of a cup of powdered sugar
Two cups of half-and-half
Quarter of a cup of Irish crème- flavoured syrup
Sweetened whipped cream
1. In a saucepan mix the hot coffee, cocoa and sugar till it’s all mixed.
2. Then stir in the half-and-half and syrup in to this mixture and cook over a medium heat for 5 minutes until hot.
3. Serve in large mugs topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
