How to make snickers fudge
Ingredients
Layer One
• Milk chocolate chips (1 ¼ cups)
• Creamy peanut butter (One-fourth cup)
Layer Two
• Butter (Four tablespoons)
• Sugar (One cup)
• Evaporated milk (One-fourth cup)
• Marshmallow cream (1 ½ cups)
• Creamy peanut butter (One-fourth cup)
• Vanilla (One teaspoon)
• Salted chopped peanuts (Three-fourth cup)
Layer Three
• Caramel bits (11 oz bag)
• Milk (Couple of tablespoons)
Layer Four
• Milk chocolate chips (1 ¼ cups)
• Creamy peanut butter (1/4 cup)
Directions for Preparation
First of all take a baking dish (9x13 inch) and spray it with a non-sticky spray.
Layer One
• Take a microwave bowl and put peanut butter and chocolate chips in it. Now heat it for next 30 seconds till the mixture melts.
• Stir them together and transfer the mixture in a baking dish. Now spread it in even manner and put it in refrigerator for an hour still it sets.
Layer Two
• Take a medium sized saucepan and melt some butter in it at medium-high temperature. Now add evaporated milk and sugar and heat for next three minutes till the mixture boils. Make sure to stir the mixture while doing so. Take it out of the heat and immediately add some peanut butter, vanilla and marshmallow cream in it. Add peanuts and chocolate layer, and spread them in even manner. Put it in the refrigerator for next one hour till it sets.
Layer Three
• Take a microwave bowl and pour in some milk and caramel, and heat for 30 seconds till the mixture melts.
• Now pour this mixture over nougat layer and put it in refrigerator for an hour.
Layer Four
• Take a microwave bowl and add some peanut butter and chocolate chips in it. Heat it for next 30 seconds until the mixture melts.
• Mix them properly and then add some caramel layer.
• Put it in refrigerator for minimum of 2 hours.
