Mini Tortilla Pizzas
Ingredients:
• 3 flour tortillas ( Any brand is fine )
• 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 3/4 cup of mini pepperoni
• 1 can (425 grams) of Muir Glen pizza sauce
DIRECTIONS
• Preheat your oven to 205°C.
• Empty and clean the can of pizza sauce by opening it, pouring out the sauce and rinsing the can.
• Now use the cut edge of the can to cut four circles from each tortilla. Next, press each tortilla circle into a lightly-greased muffin tin.
• Spoon one tablespoonful of Muir Glen pizza sauce onto the middle of each one of the tortilla circles you cut earlier.
• On each tortilla circle, sprinkle cheese on top of the pizza sauce.
• Top each circle with mini pepperoni rounds.
• Bake this for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Remove the mini pizzas from the overn and cool. Now use a fork to place the mini pizzas from muffin tin to a serving plate.
