No Bake Rainbow Cheesecake Bars

How to make:
Four cups of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
Five tablespoons of melted butter
Two packs of unflavoured gelatin
Half a cup of hot water
Two packs of softened cream cheese
1 pack of vanilla yogurt
2/3rd of a cup of sugar
Betty Crocker neon food colouring gels

How to make:
1. In a blender add the cereal and finely grind it.
2. Now add in the butter and blend till fine crumbs form.
3. Press these crumbs against a 8×8 inch baking try.
4. Now in a small bowl add in the hot water and the gelatine.
5. Now add this mixture in the blender along with the cream cheese, yogurt, and sugar and mix well until smooth.
6. Spread half of this mixture on top of the crust and make it even with a spatula.
7. With the remaining half of this mixture divide it in to four bowls and then tint each with a colour of your choice.
8. Stir until colour is evenly distributed.
9. Add dollops of these four colours on top of the already spread mixture.
10. Finally tap the baking tray lightly in order for the coloured layer to be evenly distributed and then using a knife create swirls or patterns.
11. Place in the fridge for two hours and then cut in to slices and serve.
