Rainbow cocktail recipe
This vibrant looking drink is so simple to prepare. As you have probably already guessed it is the ice cubes in the drink that gives the beautiful colours.
What you will need to make this rainbow cocktail:
30ml greygoose vodka ( Or your another favourite brand vodka )
30ml elder flower liquer
120ml Soda water
5 dashes of grapefruit bitters
lemon peel for the garnish
How to make:
To make the rainbow ice simply add some natural food colouring to your ice tray and freeze. Once frozen simply add the alcohol vodka and soda and tip in your ice cubes. Try cutting your lemon peel into star shapes to make the drink look even better. This is all a very simple procedure but the end result looks and tastes wonderful!
