Ricotta And Basil Tartlets
Here is a very easy to make finger food that your friends and family will be guaranteed to love. It's very simple to so even the kids can help. They also look great when served.

What you will need:
150g tub basil with cashews and parmesan dip
Quarter cup (60g) fresh ricotta cheese, crumbled
2 x 60g packets canape cups (canape cups can be found in
the deli section of most popular supermarkets)
10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
1) Place the parmesan dip in a bowl.
2) Fold through ricotta.
3) Place canape cups on a platter.Spoon 1 level teaspoon dip mixture into each.
Top each with a piece of tomato. Season with salt and pepper.
