Shipping & delivery

The short version: Free shipping on orders over $150. Same-business-day dispatch for orders placed before 2pm AEST, Monday to Friday. Most metro orders arrive in 2-5 business days; regional in 5-10.

Free shipping over $150

All orders over $150 ship free anywhere in Australia, no code needed. Orders under $150 attract a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your postcode.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are picked, packed and dispatched the same day from our Queensland warehouse. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends or on Australian public holidays go out the next business day.

Transit times are courier estimates from dispatch — add one business day for dispatch.

Tracking

Every order ships with full tracking. You'll get an email with your tracking number and carrier link the moment your parcel is collected. We use Australia Post eParcel, Aramex and Couriers Please depending on your postcode. You can also track your order here.

Need it for a date?

Planning around a wedding, birthday, Christmas or party? Email info@thehomeandpartyshop.com with your event date before you order and we'll confirm whether we can meet it. For tight deadlines we can arrange Express Post at cost.

International shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.

Parcel issues

If your parcel hasn't moved in 5+ business days, hasn't arrived inside the estimated window, or shows as delivered when you don't have it, email us straight away with your order number. We track every parcel and chase the courier on your behalf.
