Vanilla Cream Filled Strawberries

Here is a very easy to make party food that looks great and tastes even better.

Step 1 : Core and hollow out the strawberries as seen in the picture.

Step 2 : Add 225 grams of cream cheese in a mixing bowl then 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
and 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar and mix until creamy

Step 3: Add mixture to strawberries and serve!

( Optional : Drizzle some melted chocolate over the strawberries for some extra flavour! )
