Each god was given the same brief - voice, dialogue, time, memory, proof - and free choice of how to chain them on the hero PDP. Eight have been unmade. Their mechanics, where worth keeping, survive in the champion. The throne, where defended, is shared.

The throne is shared
Zephyr won R3 with /pages/preview-your-street and entered R4 as defender. The R4 extension added Hannah's voice, tonight's sky palette, Eve dialogue, and cart-from-conversation. Different traffic axis to Sadie's per-visitor conversion axis. Both stay live.
ZEPHYR · co-ruler · holds the side door
Visitor enters their AU postcode → sees their suburb-named preview → hears Hannah say "Sun sets in {Suburb} tonight at 6:47" → palette shifts to that suburb's actual twilight saturation → Eve recommends a pack grounded in AU census median lot size → cart populates with the correct variant. R3 baseline: +320 sessions/mo at $0 ad spend. R4 extension: +520 sessions/mo + ~$12,000/mo combined.

CLAUDE's refusal verdict - merged into Sadie
If a visitor's space measures ≤15 m² (courtyard, balcony), Sadie pivots: "This isn't right for you. For a space your size, a pair of $40 stake lights from Bunnings would do the job. I'd rather you have the right thing than the wrong thing in my cart." The visitor gets a Bunnings link. Sale lost. Lifetime trust earned. Every visitor who hears that line remembers this store the next time they shop for outdoor lighting - for the rest of their life. It is the conscience layer that prevents Sadie from being just a smarter Tidio.

Eight gods unmade. Each gets one line of cause and one mechanic worth keeping. The pantheon grows wiser each round.
KAIROS
"The arrow being released"
Cause: Built a beautiful drag-to-cart canvas. The visitor's hand did work the page should do for them.

"The threshold"
Cause: $62.9K/mo projection double-counted recovered-cart math against new-purchase math. Honest range was much smaller.

"The narrator"
Cause: "Twelve by seven, pool on the left" → lit garden is never-seen. iOS speech permission gate halves the addressable base.

"The evening star"
Cause: Three Supabase edge functions, real cart-add, beautiful execution. Math assumed 1.25% of all PDP visitors convert through overlay - over-projected.

Cause: Most original axis - "the iMessage IS the conversion." Date-naming step adds friction visitors won't cross. Brilliant insight, wrong order.

"The throne that answers"
Cause: Closest to Tidio-under-another-name. 38 pre-cached answers + edge-fn TF-IDF is impressive infra. Sadie's chips do less and convert more.

CLAUDE
"The honest god"
Cause: The honest-AI refusal wedge was the strongest single thesis. Sadie's woman-shaped persona was more disarming than Claude's model-honesty meta-frame.

"The wind that survived twice"
Cause: Defended the R3 throne with a real R4 extension. Did not lose. Co-rules with Sadie on a different traffic axis.
