1. Promoter

The Home And Party Shop, Australia ("we", "us"), trading at thehomeandpartyshop.com. Email: info@thehomeandpartyshop.com.

2. Promotion period

Entries open 12:01am AEST Tuesday 15 September 2026 and close 11:59pm AEST Monday 30 November 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are invalid.

3. Who can enter

Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible. One entry per person; bonus entries as set out in clause 5.

4. How to enter

Enter free during the Promotion Period by submitting your name, email address and the two entry questions through (a) the Promoter's entry form on Facebook or Instagram, (b) the entry form at thehomeandpartyshop.com/pages/win, or (c) Facebook Messenger. No purchase is necessary. Entry is free; standard data charges may apply.

Your entry is confirmed when you complete the confirmation step. If you enter through the Facebook or Instagram form, you will be asked to confirm your entry in Messenger. An entry that is not confirmed is not included in the draw. Entries made through the website form or directly through Messenger are confirmed at the point of submission.

5. Bonus entries and voucher upgrades

Each confirmed entrant receives a unique referral link. For each friend who is a new, eligible entrant and who confirms their entry through your referral link during the Promotion Period, you receive one (1) bonus entry. There is no limit on referral bonus entries.

Referrals also upgrade your entrant offer. When three (3) friends have confirmed their entry through your link, your voucher is upgraded to $50 off orders of $295 or more. When six (6) friends have confirmed, it is upgraded to $75 off orders of $320 or more. Each upgraded voucher is single-use, valid for 48 hours from the time it is issued, and is issued in place of, not in addition to, your earlier voucher. Only one voucher may be used per order.

Tag bonus entries. Each confirmed entrant also receives one (1) bonus entry for each different Facebook user they tag in comments on the Promoter's giveaway posts on The Home And Party Shop Australia Facebook Page during the Promotion Period (tagging the same person on more than one post counts once). There is no limit on tag bonus entries. The Promoter counts tags from the comments on those posts after entries close. Tagging the same person more than once, tagging yourself, tagging Pages or businesses, and tags in comments that are deleted before the count are not counted. A tag can only be counted if the Facebook profile that posted it can be matched to a confirmed entry (for example by the name used in Messenger). Tag bonus entries are in addition to referral bonus entries and do not earn voucher upgrades.

Referral bonus entries and voucher upgrades are tracked automatically. Sharing is welcome but does not earn entries. Tagging and sharing are never a condition of entry.

6. Entrant offer ($30 voucher)

Every eligible entrant receives a single-use promotional code for $30 off one order of $275 or more (excluding shipping and gift cards) at thehomeandpartyshop.com. The code is issued when your entry is confirmed (on screen in Messenger for Messenger entries, and by email for every confirmed entry), is valid for 48 hours from the time it is issued, is not transferable, cannot be combined with other codes or offers, and has no cash value. The offer is a gift to entrants and is not a prize; it does not affect your chance of winning.

7. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 store voucher (issued as a The Home And Party Shop digital gift card) redeemable at thehomeandpartyshop.com on any products. Total prize pool: $1,000 AUD. The voucher is valid until 31 December 2027, is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable, and any unused balance after expiry is forfeited. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

8. The draw

The draw is a game of chance. It will take place at 10:00am AEST on Tuesday 1 December 2026 by random computer selection, conducted electronically by the Promoter, from all valid entries (including bonus entries). The winner will be notified by email (and by phone if a number was provided) within two (2) business days of the draw, and the winner's first name and state will be published at thehomeandpartyshop.com/pages/win and on the Promoter's Facebook page by 3 December 2026.

9. Claiming the prize

The winner must claim the prize by replying to the notification email within three (3) months of the draw. If the prize is unclaimed by 1 March 2027, an unclaimed prize draw will be held at 10:00am AEST on Tuesday 2 March 2027 in the same manner, and the new winner will be notified and published within two (2) business days.

10. Privacy

We collect your name, email address and entry answers to run this promotion, to send you your entrant offer and giveaway updates, and, by entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from The Home And Party Shop about our products and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at thehomeandpartyshop.com/policies/privacy-policy and will not be sold. Data is stored with our email and store platforms (Klaviyo, Shopify, Make), which may host data outside Australia.

11. General

  • Entries that are incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or made using fake or duplicate identities will be disqualified. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, delayed or misdirected, or for technical failures outside its reasonable control.
  • To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), the Promoter excludes liability for any loss arising from the promotion or use of the prize.
  • The Promoter may cancel, suspend or modify the promotion if it cannot run as planned for reasons beyond its control, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram. By entering you release Meta from any liability in connection with this promotion. Any information you provide is provided to the Promoter, not to Meta.
