A tree canopy in an Australian backyard buried in thousands of red, green and blue laser dots against a black night sky

New · Three-colour garden laser

Red. Green. Blue.
The whole garden, your way.

Two colours make a backyard look good. Three let it look different every night — festive in December, warm and low for an anniversary, full colour when twenty people are out the back.

The colour lab

Three lasers. Seven ways
to light the garden.

Each laser switches on and off independently, so you get all seven combinations from one remote. Tap the colours below — same tree, same camera, same night, only the lasers change.

All three Green only — the same tree densely covered in emerald green laser dots Blue only — the same tree densely covered in sapphire blue laser dots Red only — the same tree densely covered in ruby red laser dots Red and green — the same tree densely covered in red and green laser dots Green and blue — the same tree densely covered in green and blue laser dots Red and blue — the same tree densely covered in red and blue laser dots All three colours — the same tree densely covered in red, green and blue laser dots
Every colour off is just… a dark garden. Which is exactly what you've got at the moment. Switch one back on.
All three — the party setting Full colour across every tree, every fence, every patch of lawn. This is the one people walk outside and stop for.

Mode 7 of 7

Why three, not two

Red is the colour that changes what your garden can do.

Green and blue is a look. A very good one — cool, crisp, and the same every night of the year.

Adding red doesn't just add a colour. It adds occasions. Red and green through December. Red on its own for the anniversary. All three when the backyard's full. Same projector staked in the same spot — a different night every time you pick up the remote.

Macro close-up of individual red, green and blue laser points landing on olive leaves and bark
Shot close up on the leaves. Three separate laser diodes — you can count the individual points.

Setup

Stake it. Point it. Done in 60 seconds.

No electrician. No app. No Wi-Fi pairing. No extension cords running through the house.

1

Push the stake in

Straight into the lawn or a garden bed, anywhere within reach of a power point. Wall bracket's in the box if you'd rather mount it.

2

Aim at the tree line

Point it at whatever you want covered — the gum, the back fence, the pergola, the rendered wall. Tilt until the spread looks right.

3

Pick your colours

Plug into any 240V point and choose your combination on the remote. That's the whole job.

One remote, one decision

A setting for the night you're actually having.

This is the part two colours can't do. Pick the mood, press the button.

Red + greenChristmasChristmas colours across the whole backyard without buying, untangling or hanging a single set of Christmas lights. Switch it on 1 December, switch it off in January.
Red onlyAnniversaries & Valentine'sWarm, low and deep. The one you put on when it's two of you, two glasses and the fire bowl going.
All threeParties & birthdaysFull colour, fence to fence. This is the setting people walk outside, stop, and ask you about.
Green + blueThe classicThe original HighBright look that's been going into Australian gardens since 2019 — built in, whenever you want it back.
Red + blueHalloween & late onesDeep and moody, no green softening it. Also the one teenagers will ask for.
Green onlyMaximum reachGreen is the brightest and travels the furthest of the three. When you want the back boundary lit, this is the setting.

Questions worth asking

The honest answers before you buy.

Can I run just one colour on its own?

Yes — each of the three lasers switches on and off independently from the remote. Run red on its own, green on its own, blue on its own, any pair, or all three together. That's seven different settings from the one unit.

It's not a fixed colour cycle you have to sit through. You pick the combination and it stays there until you change it.

Is the red as bright as the green?

No — and no tri-colour laser's is. Green laser light sits right in the middle of the range human eyes are most sensitive to, so a green diode always reads brighter than a red one at the same power. Blue lands in between.

In practice: green throws the furthest, blue holds up well, and red reads richest on closer surfaces — tree trunks, hedges, fences, rendered walls. If you're lighting a very deep block from a long way back, run green or all three. Anyone telling you red, green and blue are equally bright at 40 metres is selling you something.

How is this different from your Blue & Green one?

Same housing, same IP65 sealing, same 240V AU certification, same 12-month warranty, same QLD support. The difference is a third laser diode and the remote that lets you run any combination of the three — seven settings instead of one.

If you want one beautiful look and never want to think about it again, the Blue & Green at $275 is still a brilliant buy. If you want Christmas in December and something different for the party in February, that's what Spectra is for.

Can I really use it instead of Christmas lights?

That's the red-and-green mode, and it's the reason most people go for three colours. It covers the trees, the fence and the front of the house in Christmas colours in about a minute, and there's nothing to untangle in November or pack away in January.

It won't wrap a Christmas tree — it's a projector, so it needs a surface to land on. For the outside of the house and the garden it does the job of a very large set of lights.

Does it work in the rain?

Yes. IP65-rated — sealed against dust and pressurised water spray. It's built to sit through Queensland summer thunderstorms and tropical downpours and keep going.

The only thing we'd avoid is direct submersion. Don't drop it in the pool.

Will my neighbours see the dots from their place?

Only if you aim it that way. It projects in a narrow forward cone — point it at your trees, your lawn or your back fence and the dots stay in your garden. The cone won't bleed into next door unless you point it directly at their property.

Is it safe around kids and pets?

Yes to both. What lands on your trees and lawn is diffuse reflected light — completely safe to walk through, look at and play under. Pets ignore it; kids find it fascinating. The housing runs cool to the touch with no exposed wiring once it's plugged in.

The one sensible caution is the same as any laser: don't stare directly into the lens aperture from close range.

Can I leave it out all year?

Yes. IP65 plus a UV-stable housing handles Australian sun, summer storms and winter chill. Leave it staked, leave it plugged in — plenty of customers run theirs nightly on a timer.

Maintenance is wiping the lens every couple of months if dust or cobwebs build up. That's it.

What if it's not for me?

Every unit carries a 12-month Australian warranty handled by our Queensland team — not an overseas inbox and not a re-stocking fee. If something goes wrong with it inside that year, we sort it out here.
